Preconvention Meeting

  • Coordinate with Convention Manager for a copy of group resume prior to pre-convention meeting
  • Arrange and attend to assure all staff are aware of your needs

Meeting Room

  • Ensure room set–ups are as contracted
  • Make any last minute changes/additions
  • Prepare/distribute attendees materials
  • Assist in office set up

Speaker and Entertainment Selection

  • Assist in Speaker/Entertainment search, selection, negotiation, contract and travel arrangements

Registration Area Management

  • Assistance in ordering registration materials
  • Assemble Welcome packets/ distribute name badges
