Contract Reviews
Once you have selected the hotel, we review the hotel’s contractual agreement before forwarding to you for final approval/signature. Our review will ensure the contract is legally sound. In addition, with every client we represent we require certain terms in the contract to limit your liability. If the contract is confusing, we are here to explain the terms and conditions.
Site Inspections
Viewing the properties may be arranged in order to further assist you with your decision making process. EzEvents, Inc. will coordinate your schedule with the hotel representatives you need to meet. The site inspection allows you to experience the facilities, amenities and services firsthand.
